Ever wished you could take part in a seisiún, or that your kids had picked up Irish music?

 

Why not learn to play a traditional Irish instrument?  No prior musical experience required, and instruments are available to borrow!

Our first music workshop will take place in the Bukit Timah area (details on booking) and last for 90 minutes.

​

In the first half, you will be able to try out the tin whistle, the bodhrán and the guitar.  In the second half, you will receive your first lesson.

Subsequent workshops will be 60 minutes in duration.  There will be three workshops in November (2nd, 9th and 23rd) and two in December (7th and 14th).  Book the first workshop with the link below and we will arrange future workshop bookings afterwards.  We will publish 2025 workshop dates in due course.​

 

Our initial aim is for participants in the workshops to mark the St Patrick's festivities with performances during March 2025.

November workshops are open to all - workshops from December onwards require membership of Comhaltas Singapore.  But don't be shy - become a member today.
