Your privacy and the protection of your personal data is important to us.

This Privacy Notice explains the type of personal data Comhaltas Singapore may collect from you and how we use it.

Comhaltas Culture of Ireland, Singapore (“Comhaltas Singapore”, “us”, “we” and “our”) is a society registered in Singapore with unique entity reference number T24SS0020L. Should you contact us to report a problem or make a complaint or otherwise communicate with us, we collect information in order to resolve your query. You can contact us at comhaltassg@gmail.com.

This website is provided to you for the purpose of providing information about our activities, to accept and manage membership applications and related member details and entitlement to participate in and vote at members’ meetings (such as with reference to your age). For this purpose, we may collect, use, store and disclose information about you, including your name, e-mail, home-address, password, family status and information about your date of birth.

When you visit the website, we may also automatically collect technical information such as Internet Protocol (IP) address, your login information, browser type and version, your usage data etc.

The personal data collected about you will be shared with third-party hosting providers, service providers and business partners to support your interactions with us, such as signing up for events and purchasing event tickets.

Our use of your personal data as described above is based on our legitimate interests in using your personal data for the administration of Comhaltas Singapore and your consent.

We may share your information with service providers and business partners around the world with whom we collaborate to fulfil the above purposes (e.g. fulfilment services, technical support, external consultants and external counsels). We may also share your information with other our parent organisation, Comhaltas Ceoltóirí Éireann. The sharing of your personal data may involve transfers to other countries.
